This policy explains which personal data we process when you use fezainnovation.com, why we do so, for how long and what rights you have. It reflects both the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, for visitors from the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Controller

2. Data we process
When you visit the website. Our servers and our hosting and security providers process technical data that every browser sends: IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested, referring page and browser type. Without this data the website cannot be delivered or protected against attacks.
When you use the contact form. We process the name, email address, topic and message you enter, as well as the language of the page you sent it from. Your IP address is also used briefly to limit abusive submissions.
Visitor statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see aggregated figures such as page views and page load times. It works without cookies or other storage in your browser and does not identify individual visitors.
We do not sell your data.

4. Recipients
- Hosting: netcup GmbH (Germany) operates the servers on which the website runs; they are located in Vienna, Austria.
- Content delivery and security: Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) delivers the website, protects it against attacks and provides the visitor statistics described above.
- Email: messages from the contact form are delivered to us through an email service provider.
- Authorities: only where we are legally required to do so.
5. International transfers
Feza İnovasyon is based in Türkiye. If you contact us from the European Union, your data is transferred to Türkiye, for which there is no EU adequacy decision; this transfer is necessary to respond to the enquiry you have chosen to send us (Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR). Cloudflare processes data in the USA on the basis of the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. Transfers of data subject to KVKK abroad take place under Art. 9 KVKK.
6. Retention
We keep personal data only for as long as the purpose requires or the law obliges us to. Contact form messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship and are then deleted, unless statutory retention periods require us to keep them longer. Technical log data is deleted after a short period.
7. Cookies and browser storage
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Strictly necessary cookies and browser storage are used for the cart, the customer account, payment access and security; to avoid showing the opening animation again within the same visit, a technical marker containing no personal data is kept in your browser's session storage. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies to protect the website from automated attacks. Names, purposes and lifetimes are listed in our Cookie Policy.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict its processing, to data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the EU member state where you live.
Under Art. 11 KVKK you have, among other things, the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information about it, to have it corrected or deleted and to object to results that arise against you.
We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing.

We update this policy when our services or the law change. The date at the top shows the current version.
