Frequently asked questions

How does a ready-made product differ from development on request?

A ready-made product is software already running in production; you can explore its workflow in a demo and discuss a suitable package. For solutions developed on request, software is built around your workflow and the scope is defined through discovery.

How is the development scope defined?

During discovery, we discuss your workflow, user roles, existing tools and priorities. Modules, integrations and delivery scope are confirmed in a written proposal.

Can we migrate our existing data?

We assess the records to be transferred, file formats and data quality together. The proposal defines which data can be migrated, how it will be transferred and what preparation is needed.

Can we request a demo?

You can request a ready-made product demo through the contact page; we explore the screens together and discuss a suitable package. Development on request starts with a discovery discussion.

Why are timing and price confirmed in a proposal?

Modules, integrations, data migration and setup requirements vary between projects. Timing and price are confirmed in a written proposal after assessing this scope; our standard model is a monthly or annual subscription.

Do we receive the source code?

In our standard model the software is provided on a subscription and the source code is not transferred. If you need a different model, it is agreed in a separate written contract.

Who is responsible for what is done with the software?

We build and operate the software. The business using it is responsible for how it is used, the data entered and the content published; the details are set out in the service agreement.
