A project for your centre's education workflow
Special Education and RehabilitationTrack student session entitlements, report dates and specialist-defined goals together. In the special education centre software we will build, attendance and development assessments will be scoped with different responsibilities.

When attendance sits in a spreadsheet, report expiry in a folder and individual goals in a specialist's file, the month's picture is fragmented. Remaining entitlement is recalculated for make-up sessions. Explaining development to parents means switching from attendance lists to another file; report renewals can be overlooked in daily planning.
Tracking these relationships through one student lets you separate planning information from specialist assessment. Report dates, your defined entitlements, completed sessions and goals will be linked in the project. Completing a session will not mean achieving a goal; your specialist will assess development using their own measurement method.
Consider a student's individual and group sessions during one month. We will ask for blank schedules, attendance forms and specialist assessment fields. This example will help us discuss who enters records, who approves changes and which information parents can see.
Report validity dates and your defined session entitlements can be linked to the student file. The basis and period of each entitlement will be scoped with your administrators.
Teacher or therapist, classroom and student availability will be considered in the weekly plan. Completed, missed and make-up sessions will be designed with separate records.
Goal observations and measurements will be scoped for specialist entry. Monthly attendance statements and development reports will be different outputs; parent sharing will follow specialist interpretation.
You can choose the first version around monthly planning and student records. If detailed goal tracking needs additional forms, we will define measurement methods separately. The purpose of internal statements will be clarified; official system entries and your reimbursement claims process in Turkey will be discussed separately from development scope.
A shared classroom does not mean every student has the same attendance or goals. When describing group arrangements, identify which shared plan fields remain student-specific. In the software we will build, shared resource planning will retain student-level entitlement and assessment relationships.
| Record needs for individual and group education sessions | Individual session | Group session |
|---|---|---|
| Planning resources | One student's specialist and classroom availability will be considered together. | Participants, the assigned specialist and classroom will relate to the same plan. |
| Attendance and entitlement | Completed sessions will link to the relevant student's defined entitlement. | Attending and absent students will have separate attendance entries. |
| Development records | Specialist-selected goals and measurements will relate to the session. | Each student's goal observations within a shared activity will be scoped separately. |
Knowing when a student arrives and reading detailed development assessments are different tasks. Specialist, administrator and centre manager actions will be scoped around this distinction. We will select sharing fields together so parent summaries do not simply expose the whole file.
Access to assigned students' goals and observations, editing and report preparation will be defined as separate permissions.
Information needed for plans, entitlements, report dates and attendance will be selected. Keeping specialist assessment out of administrative lists will be considered in the design.
In special education, fields shared in parent summaries and access to specialist assessments are reviewed separately. KVKK, relevant law, retention and transaction records are assessed within scope; your centre is the data controller. Document and consent requirements in student files are discussed with your authorised adviser.
Progress towards a goal in an individualised education programme may not follow the monthly session balance. As report expiry approaches, the specialist may need earlier observations. Making up a missed session does not restart goal history. Using one status for these relationships confuses planning and assessment.
The software we will build will scope goal records supporting BEP, Turkey's individualised education programme, separately from report validity and entitlements. You will determine who verifies renewed report dates, whether previous goals continue and which period a make-up session belongs to. Legislation and official processes will be assessed in scope; software-generated goal or entitlement decisions are not proposed.
Show student matching, report dates and attendance codes in a sample file without personal data. We will assess the consistency of historical goals with specialists. Starting with only student lists or migrating verified history can be different starting choices.
Report start and end dates, session types and student identifiers will be examined. We will choose how fields absent from the source appear in new records.
Completed, missed and made-up session examples will be compared. Mapping checks against counting the same session twice will be included in development scope.
Records with understandable measurement methods and goal descriptions will be selected. Your specialist will assess which reports can use incomplete history.
Our education product can help you discuss institution, teacher and parent roles. Learning workflows in Algoritma Akademi offer a concrete example; special education reports, entitlements and individual education plan relationships will be scoped with your specialists for your project.

Prepare blank monthly plans and the goal forms your specialists use. Explain responsibilities for entitlement definitions, report renewals and make-up decisions. We can choose internal planning needs first, then development reports and external connections.
The proposal will be prepared around the selected education workflow and data fields. The usage model, support and additional scope conditions will be discussed in writing.
We do not sell an off-the-shelf package: we design the software around your workflow, build the first version in short steps and keep running it after launch.
We listen to how your business works, your team and the tools you use today.
Modules, priorities and price are set out in a written quote.
We show working versions at short intervals and move on with your feedback.
We move your existing records across and help your team get started.
We run the software on a subscription and keep it up to date and secure.
No. Goals, measurement methods and success criteria are set by the specialist; that is a professional decision and should remain one. The software is designed to record how each goal you define progresses session by session, compare it and chart it. We do not recommend a module that suggests goals.
No. Ministry and institutional notifications go through their own systems and should stay there. The software we build covers the centre's internal management: session entitlements, attendance, goal tracking, timetabling and communication with parents. Producing a summary of the data to be entered into the official system can be included in the scope; some manual entry between the two systems may remain.
Special education records are both special-category personal data and children's data. We design the software so that each specialist sees only their own students, administrative staff cannot open specialist assessments and every access is logged. Your centre is the data controller; the software makes it easier to meet your obligations but does not take them over.
A draft report can be produced from the records, but we recommend setting it up so that nothing is sent before the specialist's assessment has been written. In this field, a chart on its own tells parents very little; what they trust is not the numbers but the specialist's interpretation.
Student lists, report dates and basic details can be imported from Excel. Past goals and session records can be moved too if they were kept consistently; if not, starting from the new term is the sounder choice, because a partially imported goal history can be more misleading than none at all.
Group planning and individual attendance can be designed as different relationships. Each participant's status will be recorded separately; your centre's rules will define entitlement and make-up effects for missed sessions.
Linking goal observations and report periods as separate records can be scoped. Your specialist decides which goals continue; we will choose together how earlier observations appear in the new assessment.
After a discovery meeting we prepare a written quote covering the scope, the modules and the setup work. The software is provided on a monthly or annual subscription.
In our standard model the software is provided on a subscription and the source code is not transferred. If you need a different model, it is agreed in a separate written contract.
We build and operate the software. The business using it is responsible for how it is used, the data entered and the content published; the details are set out in the service agreement.
