A project shaped around your rehabilitation workflow
Physiotherapy and RehabilitationConsider session plans, measurements and home exercises through the same client record. In the physiotherapy software we will build, therapists, rooms and equipment will be scoped separately from package usage rules.

When earlier pain scores and range-of-motion measurements sit on different forms, session preparation becomes a search for files. Equipment needed at the therapist's booked time may be in use elsewhere. Reception asks about remaining sessions while the therapist explains exercises again; different records for the same client are updated separately instead of complementing each other.
Seeing measurement dates and related procedures together lets you discuss progress more clearly. Initial assessments, session notes and new measurements will be scoped within the same file. Package balances will serve administrative tracking; clinical assessment will rely on records entered by the therapist.
Describe an assessment and follow-up session for one client. We will discuss which fields are completed every session and which only at specific reviews. You will determine measurement methods and exercise content; the software we will build will record and track these decisions. Postponements and changes in equipment needs will also be considered in the example plan.
Your range-of-motion, muscle strength and pain score fields will be mapped to the assessment form. Units, recording frequency and comparison methods will be scoped with your specialist.
Therapists, rooms and equipment will be linked to the same appointment. If home visits are selected, address and visit time will form a different workflow from clinic room planning.
Completed procedures, new measurements and assigned exercises can have separate records. Client exercise check-offs will be scoped as supporting information for the therapist's assessment.
Daily session planning and client exercise access need not start together. We can first define assessment forms and resource needs. For video content, library preparation, programme assignment and approval of changes will be discussed separately.
The service location changes the resources the calendar must check. A clinic session needs rooms and equipment; a home visit prioritises therapist availability and address. If you offer both, we will scope different booking needs while preserving the same client's measurement history. We will also discuss how service types are distinguished in package records.
| Equipment-based clinic sessions or physiotherapy at home | Clinic session | Home visit |
|---|---|---|
| Resources to reserve | Therapist, room and required treatment equipment will be considered together. | Therapist visit availability and address will form part of the plan. |
| Session records | Procedures and measurements will relate to the clinical assessment form. | Fields entered during visits can be selected for use on a phone. |
| Package links | The effect of a completed clinic session on package usage will be defined. | The package or separate service linked to a visit will be selected in scope. |
Reception rescheduling a session and a therapist writing assessment notes are separate actions. The software we will build will design client access around responsibilities. Sharing files after a specialist change, preparing reports and exporting them will have separately assessed permission needs.
Accessible client files, who can edit measurements and who can assign exercise programmes will be defined in the project.
Views for session status, contacts and package balances will be selected. Administrative reports will not imply access to detailed health notes.
KVKK, Turkey's personal data protection law, relevant legislation, consent, retention and access logs will be assessed. Your clinic is the data controller; document and sharing decisions will be clarified with your authorised team.
An exhausted package balance does not itself mean clinical assessment is complete. Final measurements may still be pending, or a review may be planned separately. Treating package usage and progress reports as one status makes reception and therapists use the same marker for different questions.
Remaining sessions, report preparation and review will be scoped as distinct statuses. You will decide whether reviews sit within or outside a package. The specialist will select measurements for the report, while reception sees only the status needed for scheduling. A proposal for another package will not be presented as an automatic conclusion from clinical assessment.
Show your current form using an example without personal data. We will examine whether the same measurement uses different units and which sessions belong to which package. Migrating only a verifiable part of the history initially can also be a scope choice.
Names, units, scale versions and date formats will be mapped. Therapists will define how values from different methods appear separately in comparisons.
Purchased, used and remaining sessions in source files will be examined. A trial transfer distinguishing cancellations and postponements from actual usage will be scoped.
Video upload methods and usage rights will be discussed. For notifications or institutional connections, fields and errors will be reviewed separately if the provider offers technical access.

Share blank assessment forms and sample package rules used by your therapists. We will discuss equipment-based sessions, home visits and report preparation through one example client workflow. Selecting priority records and additional client-facing areas will define the proposal's boundaries.
The usage model and support conditions will be discussed in writing alongside the agreed scope. The first version, later tools and provider connections will be considered separately.
We do not sell an off-the-shelf package: we design the software around your workflow, build the first version in short steps and keep running it after launch.
We listen to how your business works, your team and the tools you use today.
Modules, priorities and price are set out in a written quote.
We show working versions at short intervals and move on with your feedback.
We move your existing records across and help your team get started.
We run the software on a subscription and keep it up to date and secure.
You define the scales. Choosing a scale is a clinical decision that belongs to the physiotherapist; the software records the fields you define for each session, compares them and charts them. Where a scale requires a licence, the licence is the responsibility of the clinic using it.
We recommend filming your own videos with your therapists, as patients often place more trust in exercises shown by their own physiotherapist. The software is designed to keep videos and instructions in an exercise library and assign them to patients as a programme.
Producing session summaries and the necessary documents can be included in the scope. Submitting directly to the systems of insurers or public institutions is a separate integration that depends on technical and official requirements, and it is examined per project where needed. We do not promise such a connection before that has been looked into.
Home visits can be included in the scope. The therapist records the session on a phone, and the visit time and address go into the plan. Room and equipment scheduling does not apply to these visits; the rest of the workflow stays the same.
Health data is special-category personal data. We design the software so that each therapist sees only their own patients, permissions are set by management and every access is logged. Your clinic is the data controller; the software makes it easier to meet your obligations but does not take them over.
We will define the effect on balances according to your clinic's rules. Postponements, no-shows and completed treatment can have separate statuses; who may change that decision will also be defined.
Linking measurements to units and methods can be included in the project. Your therapist determines which fields can be compared with earlier values; we will design how results from different methods are distinguished in reports together.
After a discovery meeting we prepare a written quote covering the scope, the modules and the setup work. The software is provided on a monthly or annual subscription.
In our standard model the software is provided on a subscription and the source code is not transferred. If you need a different model, it is agreed in a separate written contract.
We build and operate the software. The business using it is responsible for how it is used, the data entered and the content published; the details are set out in the service agreement.
