AI & Content Operations

AI-Assisted Content CRM

Bring your topic queue, brand rules and editorial decisions together with the publishing calendar. For the AI-assisted content CRM we will build, we will jointly define where drafting starts, which stages need human review and which website connections to assess.

  • Briefs and topic queue
  • Drafts with human approval
  • Publishing plans by website

Keep generated drafts linked to the approved content version

Treat content production as a sequence of decisions. Topics in spreadsheets, drafts in documents and editor notes in messages make publication-ready versions hard to identify. Different drafts may interpret brand voice differently, and scheduled content may omit the latest edit. We will link briefs, generated drafts and editorial decisions to one content record. Draft generation and publishing authority will be separate project steps.

Records that divide production

  • An editor's correction loses its link to the draft.
  • The scheduled topic does not match the approved version.

Content links to establish

  • Topics, briefs and draft versions can be considered together.
  • Publishing plans can link to editor-approved copy.

Follow a topic from content brief to website publication

Let us start by defining the audience and key points for a sample topic. We will decide how brand rules reach the draft, what editors check and when the publishing destination is selected. This sequence is an initial proposal for the content workflow we will build.

  1. 01

    Queue the brief

Topics or keywords, audience, length and emphasis fields can link to the content record. Discovery will select required information for bulk topic entry.

  2. 02

    Send drafts for human review

If the selected AI provider offers access, drafting with brand rules can be scoped. Generated copy will be designed for an editor's editing, approval or return queue before publication.

  3. 03

    Plan imagery and publication

Images from your own media library can link to approved content. Where website access permits, scheduled submission and returned status records can be scoped separately.

Start with queues and approvals, then choose multi-site publishing

Let us clarify editorial decisions in the first release. Drafting, media management and submission to multiple sites require different technical work. Your examples will determine which content types share brand rules and which sites need separate publishing fields.

  1. Initial editorial scope

    Brief and decision queue
Topic entry, brand rules, draft versions and editor approval can form the starting scope. Calendar entries can be designed to link to approved content.
  2. Optional additions

    Media and catalogue drafts
Library image selection, description drafts from product data and site-specific content fields can be added separately. Your team will check technical details before publication.
  3. Dependent on provider access

    Drafting and publishing connections
AI models, providers and usage terms will be assessed during discovery. Sites with content-writing interfaces can be connected if your access and their technical conditions permit.

Compare briefs for editorial articles and product descriptions

Separate the sources used to verify different content types. Editorial articles may rely on subject, audience and your experience; product descriptions use technical catalogue fields. We can choose different briefs and checklists for each. Assessing brand voice and approving factual accuracy are separate tasks.

Starting information

Article fields, categories and images can be scoped.
Product description draft
Submission to the relevant product-description field can be examined.

Separate brand-rule editing from content publication approval

Brand rules can affect every draft, so their permissions need separate selection. Someone adding briefs may not need to change provider or publishing access. The software we will build can link approvers, approved versions and external submissions in records.

Writers and editors

Topic entry, draft editing and approval can have separate rights. Return reasons can remain with the relevant version and its next review.

Brand and connection management

Tone, excluded phrases and format-rule editing can be separately authorised. Website access details and which users may publish will be considered separately.

Data and publishing responsibility

KVKK, Turkey's personal data protection law, will be considered for personal data in briefs and user records; you are the data controller. Provider-bound fields, content accuracy and image-use rights will be assessed alongside project scope.

Return off-brand AI drafts to the editorial approval cycle

Carry the editor's reason forward into the next decision. A draft may overstate claims, sound too formal or stray from its brief. We can scope links between returned drafts, editorial notes and later versions. Editing one piece and changing rules applied to all drafts can be separate actions. Regenerated copy will also pass editorial checks. Brand assessment and factual verification remain with your team; discovery will choose which notes return to the drafting process.

What obscures editorial checks

  • Regeneration loses the editor's rejection reason.
  • A correction to one article is applied to every brand rule.

A revision cycle to design

  • Return notes can link to earlier and new versions.
  • Content correction and brand-rule changes can require separate permissions.

Match topic tables, brand guidance and website content fields

Let us distinguish drafts from approved content before transfer. We will examine mappings using anonymised topic lists, brand guidelines and current website fields. Together, we can decide what approval notes in older documents should represent in the new system.

  1. 01

    Turn guidance into fields

Tone, excluded phrases and format rules can be defined separately. Conflicting instructions can form a starting list for your team to clarify.

  2. 02

    Check a content sample

Match a brief, draft and editor note in a sample transfer. Image links and publishing status can be compared as part of your acceptance checks.

  3. 03

    Examine website access

If your site offers content-writing access, assess authentication, fields and error states. We will separately plan preservation of calendar and approval records when submissions fail.

Explore human review in AI-assisted content production

When choosing scope, consider the brief source, editorial decision and publishing fields alongside generation. Our service and article can help you discuss these decisions through examples. Your own content types and brand guidance will form the basis of development discussions.

Start with brand guidance and a returned content draft

Prepare a brief, brand-voice example and editor-returned draft for sharing. Remove personal information and fields that must not reach external providers. These examples can determine first-release approval cycles and publishing destinations.

  • Separate roles for changing brand rules and approving publication.
  • List content types such as articles and product descriptions.
  • Describe content-writing access for websites to connect.

The proposal will reflect brief fields, drafts and approvals, media selection and provider connections. Software subscriptions, external-provider terms and support scope will be discussed separately in writing.

Frequently asked questions

Is anything published without approval?

We design the software so that drafts wait in an approval queue and are published only after an editor approves them. AI can make mistakes; checking facts and taking responsibility for what is published remain with you.

Will AI-generated content improve our search rankings?

We make no promises about rankings or traffic. Content published at scale without original information, your own experience and editorial work is risky. The aim of the software is to bring order to drafting and the workflow.

Which sites can it publish to?

WordPress and WooCommerce sites can be connected through their own interfaces. If you run your own platform or another system, we check whether it offers an interface for writing content; every connection is scoped per project.

Can we enforce our own tone and rules?

Yes. Tone, banned phrases, sentence length and formatting rules are defined once and applied to every draft. Your editor still needs to check that the rules have been followed.

Who is responsible for image rights?

You are responsible for the usage rights of images and for everything that is published. For brand consistency and clear rights we recommend choosing images from your own library; if AI image generation is included, the provider's terms of use are reviewed separately.

Can it be used for product descriptions?

Yes. Description drafts for WooCommerce products can be produced from the product data in your catalogue. Technical specifications, prices and similar details must be checked by you before publishing.

How would earlier approved drafts be handled after a brand-rule change?

Rule versions can link to relevant drafts. Selecting content for fresh review under new rules and renewing approval will be defined alongside your publishing calendar.

Would content approval be lost if website submission failed?

Editorial approval and external-submission status can be kept separate. Returned errors and resubmission decisions will be scoped according to the connection's technical capabilities.

How is the price set?

After a discovery meeting we prepare a written quote covering the scope, the modules and the setup work. The software is provided on a monthly or annual subscription.

Do we receive the source code?

In our standard model the software is provided on a subscription and the source code is not transferred. If you need a different model, it is agreed in a separate written contract.

Who is responsible for what is done with the software?

We build and operate the software. The business using it is responsible for how it is used, the data entered and the content published; the details are set out in the service agreement.
