Plan appointments with specialist, room and device availability checked together. Required resources are assessed for each service; conflicts can produce at most 5 suitable alternatives.

Welcome clients with visits, packages, balances and sensitivity notes in view. Forms use panel confirmation; photos require client consent and a separate user permission.

Who should I call today?
Find clients with finished packages in the daily follow-up list. Prepared text opens in WhatsApp or the SMS app; you review and send it. Record the conversation's outcome.

Cash drawer reconciliation
Count cash at closing before comparing the expected amount. Cash links to an open cash session; expected cash, counted cash and the difference are frozen at closing.

Online requests and client portal
Receive requests for online-enabled services from available times and approve them in the panel. Clients see their own appointments, packages, balances, points and form summary in the portal.

Contract & cancellation
You read and accept the relevant documents before ordering; individual and business orders accept different documents. The accepted documents are attached to the order email and can be downloaded from your account.

FAQ
What happens after I order?
You accept the contracts and confirm the order with a code sent to your phone. Once the payment arrives, we set up your product account and email you the sign-in address.
How can I pay?
You can pay by bank transfer; the payment details are in the order email and on the order page in your account. If card payment is available, you can choose it at the payment step.
What is the difference between the monthly and yearly plans?
The billing period: you pay every month on the monthly plan and once a year on the yearly plan. The yearly plan’s saving compared with monthly is shown when you choose a plan.
How do cancellation and withdrawal work?
The terms are in the “Withdrawal, refunds and cancellation” document, which you read and accept before ordering. You send your request from the order page in your account.
